We only use premium, uncut and phthalate free fragrance oils in our products.  Our reed diffuser base is non-toxic. It does NOT contain DPG and is VOC compliant.
You will receive an 8 oz bottle in a plastic bottle with a lid. Our listing does not include a glass container or the wood reeds.  We do sell the reeds separately here in our Etsy store.
The 4 oz bottles are best for small bathrooms or small areas, the 8 oz is better for a bedroom.  For larger spaces we suggest 2 or more diffusers.  The 4 oz lasts about 3-4 months if you flip the reeds every week or so. The 8 oz can last 6-8 months.  People have reported them going even longer.
You can add the diffuser oil to any type of glass jar or bottle for best results!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - We do not accept returns or exchanges.  In my many years of working with fragrances, I've certainly found that one person will absolutely love it and it's exactly as they imagined and the person standing next to them will have a completely different reaction.  We purchase in bulk from many suppliers across the US.  We guarantee premium fragrance and quality oil.  Should there ever be a problem, a leakage, or something odd occur please reach out to us.  In those cases we will certainly make it right.  Thank you!
