The Team Included Head Coach Joel Swisher and Players Jon Oien, Dee Jay Donlin, Scott Magnuson, Stan Biondi, Bill O’Connor, Don Peterson, Matt Englemann, Pat Knighrehm, Kurt Jonker, Mike Gustafson and Craig Frederick! This Guide is part of my late father’s collection in excellent condition as shown! My scanner requires the document to lay flat and due to the tight binding on the guide I have only included the front cover so as not to damage the guide.
